The project concerns the renovation and reconfiguration of an apartment located on Proxenou Koromila Street, in the historic center of Thessaloniki.

The interior space is approached as a unified, “seamless” experience, where furniture, materials, and architectural elements are integrated into a continuous, refined surface. Flush doors, a monochromatic palette, and the absence of strong visual contrasts reinforce a minimalist approach, creating a calm and cohesive backdrop for everyday living. Within this restrained framework, selected objects act as focal points—contemporary interventions that introduce character and tension. The minimal composition functions as a backdrop that highlights the historical and architectural identity of the area, while contemporary elements establish a subtle dialogue with its eclectic urban character.

The residence comprises two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a study room. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is organized as a continuous spatial entity with clearly defined functional zones. The spacious terrace extends the living space, offering an outdoor setting for relaxation and social gatherings.
