Traditional Settlement is located in Ierissos, Chalkidiki. Taka+Partners undertook the implementation study, the concept of the interior design and the design of the outdoor space of a pilot wing with eight two – floor houses of 2500 sq.m total area. The aim of the design was to create a dialog with the existing traditional building shell. The two floor houses with tiled roofs have their own outdoor courtyard with private swimming pool. On the ground floor there is the living room with a fireplace, the kitchen, the masterbedroom with its own bathroom as well as a second smaller wc. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor which can be reached independently by a second entrance from the terrace. The guests can enjoy the view to the landscaped courtyards from the balcony.
