The project involves the renovation and complete reorganization of an existing apartment building in Pefkochori, Halkidiki, located in an area with a strong tourist character and direct proximity to the coastal zone. The architectural proposal focuses on transforming the building into a contemporary short-stay hospitality complex, enhancing both its functionality and aesthetic quality. The building is organized over three levels and comprises twelve fully equipped apartments, designed with flexibility and comfort in mind. The spatial arrangement is based on the creation of cross-ventilated spaces, allowing natural light and air to flow freely throughout.

The apartments are divided into two main typologies: one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, catering to a wide range of needs and different guest profiles. Despite the typological variation, a consistent architectural approach is maintained, ensuring cohesion and a clear identity across the entire complex. The interior architecture is characterized by a contemporary, minimalist design, emphasizing the use of natural materials and soft, earthy tones. The color palette, enriched with subtle contrasts in black and soft green, adds depth and elegance to the spaces, while simultaneously creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The final result is a modern hospitality environment that balances functionality, aesthetic quality, and discreet luxury.
