Palma Resort is a new 5-star hospitality complex, part of a broader development that includes various hospitality uses such as a hotel, beach bar, and private villas. The project is developed on a site with steep slopes and unobstructed sea views, fully utilizing the natural characteristics of the landscape.

The design is based on the fragmentation of the building mass into smaller, autonomous units that are arranged in a stepped formation along the terrain, creating a gently integrated settlement within nature. The volumes follow the natural contours of the land, forming a multi-level architectural landscape with smooth transitions and continuous visual connections to the sea. The architectural expression is defined by clean geometries and bright surfaces, enhancing the relationship with light and the Mediterranean environment. The material palette, with an emphasis on natural materials and earthy tones, contributes to a calm, summery atmosphere and reinforces harmony with the Mediterranean landscape.

Due to its proximity to a coniferous forest, the pine cone served as a source of inspiration. Its form was analyzed and translated into patterns applied to selected design elements, such as facade panels, furniture, and architectural details.
