The O_LIVE project lives among olive trees in N. Marmaras of Chalkidiki and it is developed on a sloping plot overlooking the Toroneos gulf. It is a complex of three two-story houses of 1.500 sq.m. on a plot of land with a total area of 4700 sq.m. Τhe design emphases on the outdoor living and the concept of the design is based on highlighting the existing natural landscape with the harmonious integration of the residential units into it. The building volumes stand on the rocky ground like towers gazing at the sea. The design suggests the unobstructed view of the houses towards the sea and the shaping of the building volumes with both traditional and modern elements.
