The seafront restaurant of Antigoni Beach Resort is surrounded by the green pensisula of Sithonia and the mountainous Athos. The renovation of the restaurant aims at the functional and the aesthetical upgrade as well as the excellent customer service. The common central entrance of the hotel and the restaurant was redesigned so that the clients can easily navigate without obstructing the other accesses. The new ramp marks the entrance and smoothly introduces you to the mystique of flavors that will follow. The new auxiliary corridor on the back side of the restaurant facilitates all the staff movements and provides the necessary privacy and sound isolation from the rest common areas of the hotel. Basic design intervation was the redesign of the new ceiling with natural elements: natural foliage is suspended from the ceiling above movement areas, while bamboo elements decorate the ceiling above the sitting areas. The redesign of the bar facilitates all the staff movements.
