MITSIS THEROS RESORT is located within a distinctive 25-acre natural setting at the foothills of the mountain, embraced by the forest and the sea of Olympiada, in Halkidiki. The area is defined by its characterized topography and microclimate, with lush vegetation and the historical legacy of ancient Stagira. The architectural proposal aspires to create a destination that honors and elevates the landscape, offering a contemporary interpretation that is deeply rooted in the natural environment.
The composition is structured into four building volumes, totaling 5,000 square meters, and hosts 132 rooms of varying typologies, arranged across the ground and first floors. The design prioritizes privacy and flexibility, delivering a stay experience tailored to individual needs: rooms with private pools, jacuzzis, terraces, views toward the sea or the inner garden, as well as fully accessible units for guests with disabilities. Special attention is given to interconnected rooms, providing adaptable solutions for families and larger groups.
