The study concerns the development of a masterplan for a coastal area of 102,000 sq.m., with a total built-up area of 27,800 sq.m. The primary objective of the design was the creation of an organized tourist village, which would include vacation residences, a hotel complex, and a set of communal recreational spaces and social infrastructure. Additionally, a school unit and a shopping center were incorporated into the overall design, enhancing the autonomy and functionality of the residential complex.
