In the heart of a unique natural landscape, just outside the traditional village of Nikiti in Halkidiki, a new architectural project takes shape, blending the character of the area with the needs of modern living. The development spans five neighboring plots, following the natural slope of the land and taking full advantage of the panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. Surrounded by olive trees and pine forests, the group of homes fits naturally into the environment, inspired by the stone architecture of old Nikiti.

The design is organized around a strong stone wall that runs through the site, acting as the backbone of the masterplan. Along this wall, white cube-shaped volumes are placed, each containing the private spaces of the houses. The wall also defines the shared and outdoor areas, creating a clear but fluid relationship between public and private spaces. The homes are laid out in a long, narrow shape to ensure that each one enjoys unobstructed views of the horizon.
