The under-construction building is located in the settlement of Pefkohori in Kassandra, Halkidiki. The building consists of a basement, ground floor and 2 floors, 8 apartments, a reception area and other auxiliary areas are being erected. Water features are included in the design and are a fundamental choice for solving the building volume. The three main axes of the architectural design are defined by the functional needs of its short-term habitation, the limited area of the plot and its position in a dense built net and the need to connect the users with nature during the summer period. There is a strong need to integrate natural elements in all the outdoor areas of the building, which is addressed with water elements and plantings either in the ground floor courtyards or on the balconies. The water surfaces and the plantings follow the design logic of the void and full that characterizes the architectural composition.
