2024-2026

The architectural concept is a contemporary reinterpretation of the traditional dwelling, balancing the memory of the place with a modern clarity of form, materiality, and the relationship between light and views. The composition is organized around the pitched roof as the dominant geometric element, while the building is articulated into two levels: a solid stone base that anchors itself to the ground and a light, luminous upper volume that appears to float above it.
The spatial design is strongly oriented towards the sea and expansive open horizons. The spaces are organized through a seamless continuity between interior and exterior, with the ground floor functioning as a unified living area that extends onto terraces, the swimming pool, and the natural landscape, while the upper floors accommodate more private functions. The interior is characterized by brightness, simplicity, and natural materials, with wood adding warmth and large openings transforming the view into an essential element of the everyday living experience.
