The project is a detached country house for a family of three on a plot of land in Kriopigi, Halkidiki. The concept was formed based on the need to ensure maximum privacy from the neighbouring buildings but also between the units of the residence and on the other hand the data of the plot, the view towards the sea and the slope of the land.
The residence is divided into two independent volumes that separate the common living areas and the private bedrooms.
With the detachment of the two volumes and the introduction of a transparent corridor that forms their internal connection emerges an outdoor recessed space that is configured as a private garden within the body of the residence.
